Help in finding a dog-girl doujin from a collection?

Hi! I'm looking for this hentai doujin that I read awhile back, but can't remember the title or artist of it. :( The plot of it was that the main character was a man coming from drinking after a day of work, and he usually came to his house to see his dog. One night, he came home drunk but found a dog-girl that looks a lot like his neighbor. Seduction and action ensues, and through the actions, the ears fall off the girl and he finds out that she's really his neighbor who fell for him, so on and so forth.
